okay. so i got this job, it's pays good and i just started there. i'm a telemarketer selling the discover more card. we were supposed to take notes on terms and stuff but they went through everything SOOO fast. i took as much notes as i could but i'm still lost. any help on terms like, apr, fixed and variable apr, revolver,how to calculate apr, transfers, basically could someone tell me like everything they know about credit cards, in kind of easy to understand terms? i would appreciate it soooo much. i'm working for rdi in milford ohio. i start at 5 today making live calls. anything to help would be very appreciated. mostly credit info but any tips on selling or anything like that would REALLY help. pleaaseeee....
